We recommend 6–8 weeks for major conferences and 3–4 weeks for smaller workshops. For rush bookings, contact us.
Can VISTORA handle events outside the UAE?
Yes. We coordinate events across the GCC and select international destinations on request.

How do I access my digital downloads?
Sign in and open the Downloads tab. Files are also emailed after purchase.
What is your refund policy?
Digital products have a 30-day money-back guarantee if under 25% downloaded. Live services follow a tiered schedule.

Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades/cancellations apply at the end of the cycle.
